Payment

Is a payment necessary to confirm the reservation?

Yes, its necessary in order to confirm the booking and allocate the van to your reservation.

Which payment methods are allowed?

We accept VISA and MasterCard as Credit / Debit Card payments, that can be directly done on our website. Alternatively you can make a bank transfer; we are happy to supply you with our details upon request. However, a Credit Card will be needed at the point of pick up, in order to assure the security deposit.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. All the costs mentioned in your quote / confirmation are final. There are no surcharges or hidden fees unless you modify your reservation. In case of accident or damage, the confirmed security deposit will be the maximum amount charged. *Please note that all fuel and tolls are to be paid by the traveller.

Reservation

Is there a minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 3 days. In the summer months and in high-season the minimum booking is generally 7 days. Please contact us for specific requests or see our chart for seasonal times.

How is the daily rate calculated?

The daily rate is the fee of the campervan rental, which includes basic insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance, along with VAT. It may vary depending on the season, promotions and other rental conditions.

What’s the service charge for?

The service fee is charged once for every booking. It includes the bedding kit, the kitchen kit, a cleaning kit, the portable cooker, the cooling box, and pick up/drop off transfer service during our office hours, between 9am and 6pm every day of the week.

Pick up/Drop off

What do I need to bring when I collect the campervan?

Before collection you need to send us by email the IDs and the driving licenses of all the drivers, the current address and a contact phone number. In the case of foreign citizens; passports and intentional licenses of all the drivers.

When coming to collect the campervan you should have with you:

  • Driving licence from all drivers

  • Credit card of the hirer/renter (with enough funds to cover the Excess in relation to the according to the Insurance Plan you have selected)

  • Passport / I.D.

  • Booking reference

The person driving the vehicle needs to be the same as the credit card holder for the security deposit.

Is there a 24hr pick up/drop off service?

Yes. We offer a 24/7 pick up/drop off service to our guests. Whenever your plane arrives, we will be there to meet you. Just let us know the times and we’ll do our best to accommodate our guests.

  • 9 AM – 6 PM: included
  • 7 AM – 9 AM: €30
  • 6 PM – 10 PM: €30
  • 10 PM – 7 AM: €60

Please note that during bank holidays and weekends there is an additional charge of 20€

Where can I pick up and drop off the van?

The pick-ups and drop offs are made at the airport or train – bus stations of Sevilla, Málaga, Granada and Córdoba. The same can be arranged for some other points in the city depending on availability. Any other location cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the availability of our staff. At the drop off we need to carefully check the campervan for potential damages, refunds, etc.

Usually a pick up/drop off at the hotel or in the city centre will not be possible due to city traffic and restrictions against stopping on the side of the road for pick up. However, for any special requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll try our best to accommodate. During collection it is helpful that our staff can show you all the necessities of the van you’ve selected.

What are the conditions of returning the campervan?

The camper should be returned with the same level of fuel as you had at the time of pick up. As long as you return the camper in the same clean condition that you collect it, so you should clean it after your vacation outside and inside, empty the wastewater and chemical toilet. Failure to comply with the water regulations will result in a charge penalty of 100€.

What happens if I arrive late for the collection of the campervan?

As soon as you know about the delay, you should contact us by phone. Secondary alternatives are via WhatsApp, Skype or Email. We will then inform the responsible staff about your delay and apply potential late pick up/drop off fees, if outside the office hours. Since the delay is not scheduled, waiting times may occur but we will always do our best to accommodate.

What happens if I miss my flight or it is delayed?

In case the pick-up cannot be made on the booked day due to delays, please contact us as soon as you are aware of the situation. Days of the booking cannot be refunded. We can help you with organising accommodation and transports if needed, depending on availability.

Documentation and basic requirements

Which driving licence is required to drive a campervan?

To drive our campervans, a normal valid driving licence category B is required and the driver must be over 25 years old, and have a valid driving license of a minimum 2 years. Unfortunately due to our insurer we cannot rent the campervans to anyone under the age of 25.

How many people can drive the campervan?

Depending on the insurance package you book. Silver insurance only one driver is allowed. To add a second driver you can choose the Gold Insurance and if you take the Platinum Insurance you can have as many drivers you like as long as all drivers provide a valid driving license and are over the age of 25 with minimum 2 years experience.

Cancellation/Modification

What should I do if I have to cancel my reservation?

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation with us, please send us an email, confirming your name and the dates of your booking, using the email registered for the booking. According to the Terms & Conditions we will proceed with the request and any applicable refunds.

What if I want to modify my booking after the reservation is completed?

A change in dates, locations, and type of campervan or other details will depend on the current availability. Additional charges may apply. However, we will always try our best to make our travellers happy; so do not hesitate to contact us directly for individual requests.

The Campervans

What is the rental duration?

Vehicles are rented on a full day basis. The pick-up and drop off days are considered rental days.

Can I actually see the campervans before confirming the booking?

Yes, of course! You are more than welcome to visit to check the campervans and meet our staff if you’re in the area.

Are the campervans supplied with a full tank of diesel?

We always try to provide a full tank, so you can enjoy your road trip right after pick up. Should you receive a camper with less than a full tank, we will take note on your contract and you are required to refuel at the same level as pick up.

Do I have to refuel them?

Yes, the campervan needs to be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the time of pick up, otherwise re-fuel charges will apply.

Do I have to clean the campervan?

The campervan should be returned in a clean condition. The grey water deposit should be emptied. The extras you have rented, like the chemical toilet or surfboards for example, as well as the cooler box/fridge and the dishes, should be cleaned and returned. In the case of a returned campervan that needs professional cleaning, an additional cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged.

What is included in every rental?

Every booking includes standard features in order to make your road trip experience perfect. We provide 24/7 roadside assistance, unlimited kilometres, bedding set, cooking set, portable cooker if required and where the fridge is not built in, an electric cooler.

Do I need to bring bedding sheets or sleeping bags?

No. We include in all rentals a duvet, pillows and bed sheets for all travellers stated in the booking.

Do I need to bring child seats?

We can offer child seats to the families traveling with children. You just need to add it to your booking while making the reservation online (free of charge). Please make sure you share with us the age and weight of the child so we can have the proper seat available. Unfortunately isofix system is not currently available in our vans. Also keep in mind that we cannot guarantee a specific model or brand for the seat as we have different models. However, you are free to bring your own child seat if you prefer.

Does the campervan have air conditioning?

Yes. All our campervans are equipped with air conditioning in the front cab.

Does the campervan have an independent heating system?

Our vans have built in heating systems. You can also add an electrical portable heater to your booking that runs with the 220V socket whenever the campervan is plugged to power. Depending on availability, we can also provide additional blankets.

How does the shower and chemical toilet work?

We send out a manual in an email for all our vans so you can get to know your van before collection. Our staff will also show you any parts of the van you want to know more about or you are unsure on. If for whatever reason, we’ve missed something or you still unsure about any part of the van please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We can provide video tutorials and step by step guides.

Does the campervan have sockets and plugs inside?

Yes our campervans have sockets however most sockets and plugs will not work unless the camper is in hook up at campsites. We do provide and ac/dc converter for hire meaning you can use certain things with plug sockets in the cigarette lighter part of the van. Our vans do however have USB ports that can be plugged in anytime, anywhere, no hook necessary so you can charge those important mobile devices.

Insurance

Is the campervan insured?

The Silver Insurance plan is included with every booking. This means that without paying any extra charges you have 24/7 roadside assistance and coverage for the damages caused to third parties. You can also choose from one of our other two packages (Gold and Platinum) for added protection. Please check the most suitable option for your trip on our Insurances page.

What is the security deposit? How is it paid?

The security deposit is required for the booking and is basically the same as the liability of the camper. The security deposit amount depends on the insurance model you choose with your booking ( Silver-£2500, Gold-£750 or Platinum-£350 options). This amount will be blocked on your credit card during the road trip and may be deducted up to 20 days after drop-off – in case of any damages, traffic violation tickets or tolls. What does the insurance cover?

Does insurance cover my personal belongings?

Unfortunately the insurance does not cover the loss, damage or theft of the travellers belongings, we usually suggest that the traveller has their own travel insurance to cover such items.

What happens if the campervan has any problems? Is there roadside assistance?

In case of an accident or if you need roadside assistance, you should immediately contact us. If needed, we will call roadside assistance for you in order to avoid any language barriers.

Who should I contact with any campervan questions?

If you are experiencing any issues with the camper during the travel or have doubts about functionalities, you are more than welcome to contact the phone number available in your contract. You can reach us by email, phone, Whatsapp, or Skype 24/7.

House Rules

We kindly ask that our guests do not smoke within our vehicles. For safety reasons, it is also forbidden to light candles inside the camper. Unfortunately our vans do not have wheelchair ramps. However, that is something we wish to address in a near future and we will always try to accommodate all guests needs. And finally at the moment we don’t have the facilities to accommodate pets, so as much as we love animals we cannot accept any for the time being in respect of allergens to guests.

Terms of Rental

The minimum rental period is 3 nights.

The minimum rental period in Medium season is 5 nights.

The minimum rental period in High season is 7 nights.

Service charge

60€

In order to guarantee the best experience for our travellers, all reservations have a service fee that includes: gas, clean sheets and duvets, child seat, kitchen set, cleaning set, free pickup and drop off service to and from the airport within allocated time constraints.

Delivery fee

Our van is based in Estepa (Sevilla) and we deliver to Málaga, Sevilla, Granada and Córdoba free of charge. We can deliver our van to other parts of Spain free of charge when the duration of the rent is minimum a week (within 500km radius).

For picks up and drop off in different destinations there will be a logistics fee, depending on the distance, season and length of the rental period.
